Our passion for offering truly farm-to-table flavors has led us on a delicious and meaningful journey. We dreamed of drizzling just-picked vegetables with olive oil from our own harvest, and of turning the gifts of our vineyards into wine for your table.
To bring this vision to life in harmony with Ortunç’s mission, we established Ortunç Farm 25 years ago. On this land, we cultivate the fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, and edible plants featured in our seasonal menus — using mindful agricultural techniques and ethical practices. With great care and anticipation, we harvest our lovingly grown olives to produce our own cold-pressed olive oil.
This oil adds depth and flavor to our dishes, while also becoming the foundation of natural self-care products created for our guests.
As part of our mission, we also work closely with local producers who share our values of quality and integrity. From seafood harvested in the Aegean to locally sourced meats and cheeses, we support regional production and contribute to local employment — nurturing both the land and the community it sustains.
